Duplicate the sheets you need, when you need them. Your kids can take home as many sheets as they like to practice.
Included is a Pupil Progress Sheet, which has “thermometers” which the pupils colour or shade in when they have played each page of tunes. The tunes are carefully graded into four levels - BASIC, BRONZE, SILVER and GOLD.
And within each level, there are three stages - which are ways of playing the tunes.
For Stage 1, pupils have to play the tunes either on their own (with no accompaniment) or along to the backing tracks .
For Stage two, pupils have to play the tunes accompanied by “single finger” chords.
For Stage 3, pupils have to play the tunes accompanied by “fingered” chords.
CERTIFICATE MASTERS for every level are included which can be easily photocopied and presented to your well-deserved pupils.
The tunes (except for the ones in the “basic” level) are all well-known and have all been very carefully graded to ensure smooth and logical progression.
The backing CD contains lively backing tracks to all the tunes. For Stage 1, pupils have the choice of playing tunes on their own or along to the tracks. The CD can be played to the whole class as they play along, or it can be used with individual groups of pupils.
